Warranty Conditions for Solomeya Cosmetics:
Warranty Period: Solomeya offers a warranty on all of its cosmetic products for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
Covered Products: This warranty covers all Solomeya cosmetic products purchased from authorized sellers.
Warranty Claims: To make a claim under this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or order number. Please contact Solomeya customer service to initiate a warranty claim.
Covered Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, as well as any product that does not perform according to its advertised claims.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use or storage of the product, or any damage resulting from failure to follow the product's instructions.
Remedies: If a product covered by this warranty is defective, Solomeya will replace the product or provide a refund. Solomeya reserves the right to choose which remedy to offer.
Limitations of Liability: Solomeya's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in Solomeya's cosmetic products.
